The pain and frustration of the PHYSICAL PLANE is trying to fit into something beyond “self” instead of loving and accepting ourselves enough to discover our purpose within our gifts and because of our passions. Life experiences eventually stop us in our tracks so that we can gain a new respect for this gift we call our life. Asking again, what is your purpose? Where is your pain? What influences bring you to pause?
Your PHYSICAL PLANE must match the expectations created in your MENTAL PLANE for you to be happy living in the NOW. Think clearly and create with the unbounded resources found within your true self. Expand and create the right conditions YOU need to be happy and productive.

PROJECT: Write about the new routines you will incorporate into your morning and evening times. Keep them specific and simple but make sure the changes are things you really love to have happening NOW.

Spend quiet time each morning and each evening creating your new Mental Plane mastery environment for within your day.
