Sometimes, it’s hard to see our own negative beliefs because they are so ingrained in our Mental Plane minds. We may not even realize that we’re holding onto them until we take the time to write them down.
Writing down your negative beliefs can be a liberating experience. It can help you let go of the emotional weight that has been holding you back, and it can create space for new, more positive beliefs to take hold.
When you write down your negative beliefs, you may find that they lose their grip on you. They become externalized, and you can see them for what they really are: just thoughts formed from Mental Plane worries and endless attempts to protect you. You can then work on changing the endless chatter that creates your pretend world into more empowering, supportive comments your Physical Plane needs to hear and believe in.
Writing down your negative beliefs can also help you become more aware of the triggers that set off those negative thoughts. Once you know what triggers them, you can work on avoiding those situations or developing better coping strategies to keep your new NOW real.
So, don’t be afraid to let go of negative beliefs. Take the time to write them down, and use that newfound awareness to start shifting your Mental Plane mindset in a more positive direction.
