Self-care improves your relationship with yourself and others learn from you that the practice of self-care promotes self-love and acceptance. Others will learn from your example that putting self-care first is the secret to making each day your best!

When it comes to self-care, it’s easy to put it on the back burner and prioritize other things in life. However, neglecting self-care can have negative consequences on your relationship with yourself and your interactions with others. It’s important to understand your WHY – taking care of yourself first is not
selfish, but rather a necessary component of a healthy and fulfilling life.

Self-care also has a positive impact on your relationships with others. When you prioritize self-care, you become a positive example for others to follow. People will see that by taking care of yourself first, you are promoting self-love and acceptance.

You’ll also be more present and engaged in your interactions with others, making them feel valued and appreciated while living in the NOW with you.

Incorporating self-care into your daily routine can be as simple as setting aside time for meditation, going for a walk, or indulging in a hobby you enjoy. Mini meditations are my favorite way to get myself back on track because they are practiced during self-care Retreat Within times but are triggered by a thought or feeling while in real-time NOW moments to remind me of my inner power to control how my new NOW unfolds.

It’s important to remember that self-care is not a one-time event but rather an ongoing practice that requires consistency and dedication. When you’re feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from your true self, remember the power source you possess of prioritizing times for putting self-care first. You’ll be amazed at how much more in control you feel of your new NOW moments and how much more fulfilling your life can become when you are living in the NOW on purpose.
