NOW, let’s explore how prioritizing self-care can lead us to the inner work of self-inquiry and acceptance without judgment. One of the most powerful journeys we can embark on is seeing ourselves clearly—flaws and all—and fully accepting who we are.

This self-acceptance is the foundation of inner abundance and authentic living. It took me a long time to embrace my past. “I’m sorry.” is still a mantra, but I know everything has brought me to this new NOW.
