Thank you for being in my NOW, PJ Zito
~ “In prayer’s quiet time, I pause to better understand my mind’s influences on my body. I am immersed in a pretend world that, eventually, I must understand, so I can find what is real. Only then, am I better equipped to face my own truth.” PJ Zito
“The mirror of the heart must be clear, so that you can see the Beloved reflected in it.” Rumi
During relaxation and prayer, we actually face our truth on the Mental Plane™ (how our mind replays experiences). We learn to surrender to the right events on our Physical Plane™(our body on this earth), eliminating stress and its effects to be aware of our abundant Spiritual Plane™ NOW (balance and openness).
It is when we blend our Physical Plane™ body and Mental Plane™ mind, during meditation’s quiet times, that the state of relaxation during prayer opens to expose the false self, negative thinking, and the many stressors undermining the NOW. We can all grasp a new understanding of how the mind is the source of all stress from outside sources brought to bear upon the body. The body believes what the mind tells it. We make up our world to justify our actions.
Every thought of effort in the mind, of whatever sort, transmits a motor impulse to the body; and every such impulse causes a deviation from “normal” and lessens the sensitivity at the center of being to flow copiously. The older we get, the farther away from our true self/real identity we become because of all we “carry” in experiences.
If you want to have perfect energy flow, you minimize stress in your mind. Mental strain of any kind always produces conscious or unconscious strain, and if the strain takes the form of effort, chaos is always produced. There is one real cure for all and any varied stressors: relaxation during prayer.
Our Physical Plane™ body is largely influenced by our thoughts. When our thoughts are normal, that is, not influenced by any outside excitement or strain, the circulation in our brain is normal, the supply of blood to our optic nerve and our visual centers are normal, and our vision is perfect. When our thoughts are abnormal, our circulation is disturbed, the supply of blood to our optic nerve and visual centers is altered, and our vision is lowered or impaired physically, mentally, and spiritually. Everyone consciously thinks thoughts that disturb circulation and lower power! Everyone can also consciously think thoughts that will restore normal circulation and thereby improve efforts to “see” both literally and figuratively.
Spend time right here, Champion.
When a disturbing thought is replaced by one that relaxes, your squint disappears, the double vision and the errors of refraction are corrected, weak knees become strong, your pounding heart resumes its normal beating, labored breathing becomes a normal, deep breath and your mind clearly speaks your unadulterated truth. These thoughts are pure and not influenced by the ingredients or experiences of life.
The noise of the Physical Plane™ ceases, all ego demands dissolve, prideful selfishness and dualistic thinking stressors are silenced, and an awakening is accomplished. This happens as soon as you are able to develop and secure Mental Plane™ control through relaxing techniques used during prayer and quiet time.
“The cause of any error, any pressure, every misguided concept the mind can conjure is NOW seen as being simply a thought.” PJ Zito
That profound awareness can be any and every thought. Perspective’s improvement is as quick as the thought that relaxes and enables a refocus of truth to flow into the NOW! In the fraction of a second, the highest degrees of stressors are corrected!
So, start simply but be diligent. If relaxation during prayer is only momentary, the correction is momentary. When it becomes permanent, the correction is permanent. Relaxation during prayer blends the Physical and Mental Planes™ and that balance allows energy, perspectives, hope, and Spiritual Plane awareness to flow freely and productively when moving through each moment of every perfect NOW day. This is the secret to making each day your best and your treasure to always be living in the NOW.
The NOW is all we have.
The NOW is all we need.
The NOW is all we get, and it is perfect when we are aware of being in it.
Do take extraordinarily good care of your true self and love unconditionally!
Happy NOW!
