Chapter 3. Reimagine Cardiovascular Exercise

Cardio isn’t just a tool for weight loss; it’s a vital power source for your
new NOW holistic healthy lifestyle. I have written an entire book about
holistic health as a mind, body, and soul lifestyle choice. You can find out
more about my 20+ books, journals, courses, and prolific blogs by clicking
on the tabs on my supportive living in the NOW website at:
www.ZitoProHealth.com

I have been an avid runner most of my adult life. I do suggest that you
view cardiovascular exercise judiciously, aligning it with your broader new
NOW well-being goals. Instead of fixating on weight loss, harness cardio’s
power to fortify your overall health, ensuring that every beat of your heart
serves as a testament to your vibrant new NOW choices. Physical Plane
wellness is really heart-healthy living. Cardiovascular exercise is not a
means to shed a few pounds; it’s a cornerstone of holistic health and a
necessary component of your overall well-being. Cardiovascular exercise
is not just a weight-loss tool. It is a primary way to fortify your heart and
pave the way for that new NOW life filled with vitality.

A startling 95% of Americans aged 65 and above grapple with at least one
chronic health condition. It’s one statistic that I am on a mission to
transform with the message to put self-care first. My mission is to provide
you with a profound understanding of self-care, suggesting tools needed to
lead a life that defies these statistics.

Retreat within self-care for the first time will empower you to quickly
move away from chronic health conditions and toward a new NOW world
where your heart’s every beat testifies to your wise choices and vibrant
existence.
