THE MIRROR

A REAL LOOK IN THE MIRROR
I was rushing through my morning routine this past week when I caught a glimpse of myself in the bathroom mirror. For just a split second, I didn’t recognize the tired eyes staring back at me. Well, things have been a bit hectic lately. BUT…

👉That’s when it hit me. When was the last time I actually LOOKED at myself? Really looked? Not the quick glance while brushing my teeth or fixing my hair before running out the door. I mean truly seeing myself.

🧐It got me thinking about how we show up for everyone else in our lives. We notice when our kids seem off. We check in when our partner has a rough day. We remember our friend’s important NOW and text to ask how it went.

But when it comes to ourselves? We’re often the last person we truly see. Here’s what I’ve learned: #SelfCare & #selfawareness are essential needs for every healthy, happy Champion.

💚You can’t pour from an empty cup, and you can’t take care of what you don’t acknowledge needs your care.

✅So here’s a gentle new NOW challenge for you this week:
Take 60 seconds each morning to really look at yourself in the mirror. Not to critique or judge, but to simply check in.

✅Ask your true self: “What do I need today?”
Maybe it’s an extra cup of coffee. Maybe it’s a 5-minute walk outside. Maybe it’s permission to say no to one thing so you can say yes to rest and a little #SelfCareRoutine time.

😍The answer doesn’t have to be big or life-changing. It just needs to be honest. Because the woman who takes care of everyone deserves someone taking care of her too.
And that someone is you.

😘Take good care and healthy, happy NOW!

P.S. I’d love to hear what you discover during your mirror moments this week. Sometimes the smallest shifts create the biggest changes.
